JACK & JONES' history

JACK & JONES was founded as a jeanswear brand in Denmark in 1990. From small beginnings, the brand has evolved and is now the largest business unit in the BESTSELLER A/S group – and is, with close to a thousand stores, one of the biggest menswear retailer in Europe. Jeans and jeanswear are the core business of the JACK & JONES brand, however the product portfolio also covers tailoring, urban sportswear, footwear and accessories. JACK & JONES offers several collections throughout the year.

Since 1990 it has been the brand’s mission is to provide the most stylish wardrobe pieces to make sure their customers look good wherever they go, and whatever the occasion might be. And, as JACK & JONES holds the opinion that fashion knows neither size nor age, you’ll also find stylish plus size clothing for men as well as cool clothes for boys – our youngest fashion fans. From now on, nobody has to go without a stylish wardrobe!

The brand’s roots are based in jeanswear, but you will also find men’s shoes for every season. From Chelsea or desert boots, loafers, boat shoes, suede and leather shoes to running shoes, trainers, brogues, oxford shoes and dress shoes – the range covers it all. With Jack & Jones extensive shoe range the customer will always land on your feet with style.

JACK & JONES pride themselves on making everyday essentials that can be lived in, worn out, thrown on and hardly ever taken off. So in 2012, they set up The LAB – the brand’s very own professional textile laboratory that it is used to test new fabrics, developments and designs to make sure all the clothes are built to last.

The LAB is good news the customers and even to the planet. Why? Because wearing what we already have for longer is one of the most sustainable things we can do. So, the brand is committed to reducing everyone’s impact as part of their A BETTER WORLD promise by assuring the quality and durability of every piece the brand produces, making sure they are items that will stay on our shelves for years to come.
